AI Engineer

AI/ML Team - Be responsible for building AI algorithms for personalized learning to drive engagement and outcomes

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing AI/ML algorithms using latest techniques to compute various learner attributes, curate content metadata, and develop recommendation systems.

Specific Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with our CTO, Chief Architect, and Product team to develop innovative algorithms using the latest techniques. You will work with the Engineering team to bring these AI/ML models into production.

Qualifications and Skills

  • BS / BTech or equivalent with a strong academic record
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in developing AI/ML models
  • Significant experience in building and training ML models
  • Sound knowledge and experience in Python
  • Experience with AL/ML Algorithms and Data Pipelines
  • Demonstrated experience in solving real-world AI/ML problems
  • Experience in Data Mining: Strong Demonstrated knowledge of SQL, ETL Tools and processes, RDBMS/No-SQL.
  • Should be able to clearly communicate and Collaborate with Engineering, App Dev Teams and Product Management.
  • Self Starter, Inquisitive and a Problem Solver
  • Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates a sense of pride and delivery ownership

Bonus Points

  • Experience in Computer Vision Technologies
  • Knowledge of Statistics
  • Experience using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop)
  • Prior programming experience in JAVA for Enterprise Level Application
